Access to The Abbey’s upcoming 21-Day Challenge!

For the first time ever we’re rallying as a community to support each other on a 21-day journey of daily yoga and meditation. Each day we’ll practice with either a 20-30 min. yoga video from The Abbey or one of our meditation practices. But the BEST PART is the small groups we’ll be gathering in to encourage, pray for, and support each other on this journey!

The challenge starts Wednesday, June 3 and runs until Wednesday, June 24 and is FREE to all Abbey members!
