Holy Yoga Shenandoah Valley founder Doran Richards is a Licensed Instructor Trainer with Holy Yoga. She received her initial certification in May 2015 and has since continued to deepen her training through a wide range of certifications, including C-HYI 200 (formerly 225), C-HYI 500, C-HYI Pre/Postnatal, C-HYI Trauma-Sensitive, C-HYI Leadership, C-HYI Touch, C-Yin 1, and C-Yin 2.
In addition to her work in yoga, Doran has faithfully served women and families as a Certified Professional Midwife, licensed under the Board of Medicine in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, since 2011—and as a birth worker since 2000. She is also the founder and owner of Blessing God’s Way, LLC, a ministry devoted to supporting women of all ages.
Doran’s passion and calling center on ministering to women, cultivating meaningful community, and sharing the gospel through resources that educate, inspire, and celebrate God’s design.
