Week Five:

Embodied Sequencing, Principles of Standing Balancing Poses, Principles of Revolving Poses

We will have covered a lot of ground in this half of training so will take this weekend to really integrate all our Anatomy and Physiology learning into what we know about the cannon of poses we’ve already learned (while also adding in two new sets of poses that help build strength, stamina, focus, balance, and flexibility). You’ll continue to build out your repertoire of poses as we cover balancing and revolving shapes.
