Embodied Sequencing, Principles of Standing Neutral & Open Poses, Applied Anatomy

Continuing on our journey through the Embodied Sequencing Template, we’ll cover a series of poses designed to build strength and stamina. Our conversation will go deep into these poses, discussing key alignment principles, ways to cue students in and out of these poses, the benefits and contraindications of these poses, and ways these poses can be modified so any body can practice them. This won’t just be a theoretical conversation but you’ll practice teaching these poses each week when you gather in your small group and with your buddy.
